SizeCon is an organization with no paid staff members, all of the work that goes into putting our events together are run entirely by volunteers. There are many different ways you can get involved as a volunteer. Ticket compensation is available to volunteers who work a certain amount of hour (more info on that soon!).
Training will be provided for ALL roles. We expect all volunteers to be thoughtful, respectful, and in adherence with the SizeCon event code of conduct, so please only serious inquiries! THANK YOU!

Talent Show
This year we are trying to offer a talent show for folks to showcase all the various talents and abilities within our ever expanding community!
Any and all SizeCon attendees are welcome to participate. The show is scheduled for 3:00pm on Saturday of the Con, 3/28/26.
Acts will be limited to 5 min per person, and a microphone will be provided.
Acts may range from musical performances, stand-up comedy, interpretive dance, spoken poetry or live size-y story reading, magic tricks, demonstrably growing and shrinking at will, or anything else your creative juices can muster.
All acts will be expected to adhere to SizeCon's Code of Conduct and will be reviewed during your audition by TheAssistant and Chwani. https://sizecon.com/rules

Event Ideas
Do you have a topic you’re passionate about that we don’t currently talk about at SizeCon? Educational, workshop or just for laughs, it doesn’t matter - we’re all ears!
If you have an idea or suggestion for your own event, panel, or presentation we highly recommend taking advantage of the SizeCon suggestions channel on the discord! If we can facilitate it, we will be in contact. Though, please be aware that the best way to assure that your panel or presentation idea becomes a reality, is if YOU take the reins yourself.

Art/Video Showcase
The Art Show returns for SizeCon’s 10th anniversary! This call for entries is open to all artists and creators in the size community—whether you’re making work featuring giants, tiny folk, expansion, inflation, weight-gain, or some other size-y concept not mentioned here, safe for work or not safe for work, this show is open to you! We’re open to all types of media find more details and submission info for each in their respective webpages.

Performers
We have a variety of individuals who participate each year in all manner of events, and if you have a passion for preforming, we’d love to see what you got! Because a lot of preparation is needed for performances, we may be able to compensate up to a full 3-day pass!
If you have a size-themed dance, musical act, stand-up routine, VFX demo, or any other quirky, entertaining and live performance you’d like to do, please contact us! We’ve had plenty of unique performances (live vore endoscope, live saline breast infusions, etc). We have many theme- specific events like Giants, Giantess, Breast Expansion, Tiny women, Tiny men, Weight Gain, Burlesque and more, so we’re curious what you’d like to bring to SizeCon! Front Desk
For our live events we need individuals who have a flair for hospitality. This involves checking people in at the door and welcoming them to SizeCon. It also means answering questions and pointing them in the right direction when asked. This role requires an understanding of the Con, and we typically ask volunteers for the Front Desk to have attended a SizeCon in the past before taking on this important role for the Con!

Social Facilitator
At SizeCon we make intentional efforts to create spaces for attendees to connect with one another. These socials are centered around either a social identity or a particular size interest (i.e. Men who love Men or the Blueberry Social) and require facilitators who hold those interests or identities. We train all social facilitators on group facilitation skills and expectations at SizeCon prior to facilitating a social, and encourage co-facilitation to make more spaces for new facilitators to join us constantly. If this sounds like something you’d be interested in please indicate that on the form including past or future social topics you’d like to support.

SizeCon Staff
At the end of each event, virtual or live, we distribute a feedback form that gives participants an opportunity to express their interest in joining our year round staff team. SizeCon staff hold too many different roles and responsibilities to list here but are always open to new dedicated members of our community joining the team and offering their skills and expertise. Regular meetings typically take place on a biweekly schedule on Wednesdays at 8:30pm EST. For those wanting to ramp up their involvement consider expressing interest after our next upcoming event.
